My name is Debbie Lane. I am the owner of K9cuts.I started out as a veterinary nurse, which I enjoyed for twelve years before starting my business.

K9CUTS is a small, friendly dog grooming salon based in Bassett in Southampton. We provide a very high quality grooming service, with loving care for your pet during their time with us and will advise you how to maintain your pet's coat and general health.

We cater for mostbreeds of dog, mixed breeds are very welcome

We have air-conditioning  throughout our salon for your pet's comfort along with the latest up-to-date grooming equipment.

K9cuts first started in July 1995, over the years we have built up a healthy client base. Most of our work is via recommendation from our existing customers and from local vets, who give us a lot of support.

I worked as a veterinary nurse for fifteen years, so am able to check over your pet for any obvious health problems and advise you accordingly.

Our salon has plenty of parking space right outside our shop for your convenience.

The salon is close to both the M27, the M3

Patience & gentle care for your pet with lots of big kisses

Grooming through coats, making sure they are knot-free.

Checking toenails and trimming if necessary.

Checking and cleaning ears, removing hair from inside if necessary.

Checking over the body & giving basic veterinary advice.

Emptying of anal glands.

Bathing with mild shampoo.

Trimming coats to a high standard.

Carole Jones – Senior Groomer.

Carole joined K9 cuts in January 2000 - She is in charge of the Salon when I am not here and is very good at organising the other staff that we have to make sure the days run smoothly.

She is an excellent dog groomer, takes great pride in her work, is very friendly & welcoming to our clients and their pets. Carole is a big asset to me here at K9 cuts.

Natalie Marsh – Trainee Groomer.

Natalie has been with us here at K9 cuts for the past 2 years - she began as a work experience student and now works here full time. She is very kind and caring towards the dogs, is very good at bathing & drying and is being trained to become a fully trained dog groomer
